How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
This totally depends on the country you’re in. We had people get packages in 3-7 days here in Europe but also had cases with longer shipping times with customers overseas

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order on our Woocommerce online store is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase:
1. Browse Our Products
Start by browsing our website to find the products you would like to purchase. You can use the navigation menu or search bar to find specific items. Once you’ve found a product you’re interested in, click on the product image or title to view more details.
2. Add to Cart
When you’re ready to purchase a product, select the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart or proceed to checkout.
3. Review Your Cart
To review the items in your cart, click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of the website. Here, you can view the details of each item, change quantities, and remove items from your cart.
4. Checkout
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you have an account with us, you can log in to view your saved shipping and billing information. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to provide your shipping and billing information.
5. Payment
On the checkout page, you will be prompted to select a payment method. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and some other options. Review the information you’ve entered, and click the "Place Order" button to submit your payment.
6. Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This email will include a summary of your purchase and a link to track your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the changes before the order is shipped, however, please note that we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed and shipped.

How Can I Return a Product?
Our products, specifically PCBs, are relatively low-cost items, with prices ranging from $10 to $20. Given this, it would not be cost-effective for either our customers or our business to process returns. Additionally, many of our customers are located overseas, making the process of returning a product even more logistically and financially challenging.
We understand that returns can be a convenient option for customers, however, we believe that this policy is in the best interest of both our customers and our business. By not offering returns, we are able to keep our prices low and pass on the savings to our customers.
